This is a working draft covering how ZeDaq.ai for Business operates today. It has not been reviewed by counsel — treat it as a starting point, not a final legal document, before going live commercially.
By creating a ZeDaq.ai for Business account, calling the ZeDaq.ai API, or installing the ZeDaq.ai widget on your site, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use ZeDaq.ai.
ZeDaq.ai provides an API and embeddable widget that generate body measurements, size recommendations, and Virtual Try-On renders from shopper-submitted photos, for use on your e-commerce site or app. Features, usage limits, and pricing depend on the plan you are subscribed to.
New accounts may start a free trial with limited API calls and no payment method required. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, plus metered overage for usage beyond your plan’s included calls. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not provide refunds for partial periods.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us immediately if you suspect a key has been compromised so we can revoke it. You must not share, sell, or sublicense API access to a third party outside your own integration.
You agree not to use ZeDaq.ai to process photos you do not have the right to submit, to attempt to circumvent usage limits or authentication, to reverse-engineer or resell the underlying models, or to use the service in any way that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to shoppers or ZeDaq.ai. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this section.
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required under applicable law before your shoppers submit photos through the ZeDaq.ai widget on your site, and for your own privacy disclosures to those shoppers. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the API and widget available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add, or remove features, and may update these terms from time to time; continued use of ZeDaq.ai after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
ZeDaq.ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Size recommendations and Virtual Try-On renders are estimates intended to reduce, not eliminate, sizing uncertainty, and should not be treated as a guarantee of fit. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeDaq.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability and payment obligations already incurred) will survive.
