How does the free trial work?
You get 5 scans free for 3 days, no card required. When the trial ends, you're never cut off — your account automatically continues on the Free plan (3 try-ons, 3 measurements, 5 invoices a month, forever) unless you choose to upgrade.
Does Tailor Tools cost extra?
No — it's included in every plan, not a separate purchase. Higher plans just get higher (or unlimited) usage caps, plus your logo on invoices on Growth and Scale.
What's included in Tailor Tools?
A client CRM (contact info, delivery address, fit preferences), an orders and delivery calendar with amount and deposit tracking, measurement capture (a shareable client link or manual entry), and invoicing with your bank details and logo. It's built for tailors and made-to-measure businesses, not just brands using Virtual Try-On.
What happens if I hit my monthly cap?
Try-on renders, measurements, and invoices each have their own monthly cap on Micro and Starter — once you hit one, that specific action pauses until your next billing cycle or you upgrade. Growth and Scale have no measurement or invoice cap, and a high try-on cap (650 and 2,000/mo).
What's "advanced render quality" on Growth and Scale?
Every plan uses the same underlying try-on model — Growth and Scale run it with a higher diffusion step count, which means a more refined, detailed render on every try-on, not just a higher cap.
What counts toward the try-on/measurement caps?
A Virtual Try-On render (API, widget, or Shopify) counts against the try-on cap. A body scan or a client measurement submission counts against the measurement cap. Size lookups are free and don't count against either.
How do measurement links and invoices reach a client?
Share via WhatsApp (opens your own WhatsApp app with the link or invoice already typed in, one tap to send) or by email straight from your dashboard. Automated bulk WhatsApp sending isn't available yet — we're exploring a sustainable way to add it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Changes apply from your next billing cycle.
What's different about Enterprise?
