ZeDaq.ai

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This is a working draft covering how ZeDaq.ai for Business handles data today. It has not been reviewed by counsel — treat it as a starting point, not a final legal document, before going live commercially.

1. What we collect

When you create a ZeDaq.ai for Business account we collect your corporate name, work email, and payment details (handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers). We also log API usage: timestamps, endpoints called, response codes, and credit consumption, so we can bill accurately and help you debug integration issues.

2. Shopper and client photos — Virtual Try-On and measurement capture

All data transmissions to and from our rendering providers are encrypted in transit. When a shopper uses the Virtual Try-On widget, their photo and the garment photo are sent directly to our AI rendering provider (currently Google Vertex AI) to generate the result and are not written to any storage on our servers — there is nothing to delete afterward because nothing is retained in the first place. The rendered image is returned directly to your integration in the same request; we do not keep a copy.

The one deliberate exception is the Tailor Tools measurement-capture flow: the reference photo a client submits through a measurement link is stored against that client’s record, because it’s the actual work product the tailor requested — not a byproduct we’re retaining incidentally. It stays until the tailor (or you, on their behalf) deletes the client record.

3. Sub-processors

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and API key storage.
  • Stripe — subscription and metered usage billing.
  • Google Vertex AI — Virtual Try-On image generation.
  • Vercel — application hosting.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or share identifiable user, shopper, or merchant data with third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated metrics (for example, total try-ons run or overall conversion lift across merchants) for analytical or marketing purposes — never data that identifies an individual shopper or a specific merchant without their consent. We disclose data beyond this only if legally required to.

5. Data retention

Account and billing records are retained for as long as your account is active plus the period required for tax and accounting compliance. API request logs are retained for 90 days. Shopper try-on and garment photos are never retained at all (see section 2). Tailor Tools client records — including measurements and the reference photo — are retained only as long as the tailor keeps that client on file, and can be deleted at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us. You can request deletion of your business account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your business account data at any time from your Settings, or by contacting us directly. If you operate in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights (GDPR, CCPA, or similar), those rights apply in full.
